As a member-oriented gym, we prioritise our members’ needs and offer 24-hour access to our facilities, ensuring that you can work out at a time that suits you best. Our gym is fully equipped with a wide range of equipment, from cardio machines to free weights, and our experienced personal trainers are always on hand to offer advice and support.

If you prefer to work out in a group, we also offer fun and dynamic classes like yoga and SPIN. These classes provide a great workout and offer an opportunity to connect with others who share your interests.

Classes Included

Your membership grants you entry to our premium SPIN Classes featuring the innovative ‘Coached by Colour’ system, providing instant feedback for both the instructor and participants, fostering a collaborative workout experience tailored to individual fitness levels. These exclusive classes, limited to just six participants, occur at various times throughout the week to accommodate our members’ schedules.

We now have, more classes spread throughout the week, including; two HIIT, YOGA, STRENGTH, and BOX & MOVE. Our newest class, Fit for Life, is designed for those who require a gentle exercise routine and is great for improving mobility and rehabilitation.
