I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2020, but my passion for exercise started long before that, growing up as a teenager who loved challenging myself through fitness.
Strength training has been a big part of my journey, and I thrive on pushing myself to hit new targets and discover what I’m capable of.
Since becoming a trainer, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from those looking to lose weight or build muscle, to new mums focusing on safe postnatal recovery, and older adults looking to improve mobility and functional strength. Helping people of all backgrounds achieve their goals and feel stronger, fitter, and more confident is what drives me every day.
