I have always been interested in fitness, before becoming a Level 3 personal trainer qualified I used to participate in all classes & was a regular gym user.
Fitness has been my passion for as long as I can remember so decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry, which I have never regretted!
I have been teaching classes & personal training for over 9 years now. My own training is so versatile and I enjoy doing lots of different styles of training. This includes long-distance running where I enjoy taking part in ‘ultra races’ – these push the body way past the point you could ever imagine it could go.
Having such a versatile training plan, and understanding of different Training styles really helps me have a wide range of different PT clients with different goals!
I also have gained extra nutrition qualifications aimed towards helping people lose weight & to enhance performance for athletes in different sports. Seeing people achieve and progress is my drive & passion, I really do love my job.
