All members aged 13–16 must follow the guidelines below to ensure a safe and positive training environment:

Maximum gym time is 2 hours per day.

Permitted equipment includes cardio machines, fixed resistance machines, functional equipment, cable machines, and dumbbells up to 20kg.

The following equipment is not permitted: barbells, deadlift platforms, power racks, dumbbells over 20kg, and strongman equipment.
Before joining, all members aged 16 and under must attend a mandatory Youth Induction, held on selected dates during school holidays.
During the induction, we cover:

Safe use of equipment

Gym etiquette and expected behaviour

What is considered unacceptable behaviour

Guidance on training and general health, with time for questions
Once the induction is successfully completed, members will receive a unique access code. This allows them to sign up online with parent or guardian consent.
The instructor leading the induction is DBS checked.
Please note: Youth memberships operate under a strict one-strike policy — failure to respect the rules will result in immediate termination of membership. Members aged 16 and under must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a responsible adult member (18+).
