Before you can gain access to the new system link your old account to the new one:

If you had issues with the email newsletter you may need to do this again if you had an error message. You MUST use the same email as your old app/we have on record.

Download and login to the new app… and don’t forget to take a clear picture!


Scanning but not letting you in?

Make sure the QR code is refreshed (you have 30 seconds once you open the app). Simply press refresh below the code on your phone.

How do I leave?

Press the big green button, exit through the turnstile, then scan the entry system where you entered the gym.

Do I need to book?

No, but if you want to make sure the gym has space then hit the ‘I’m On My Way’ button to have reserved space.
