Visited Camber & Rye for a long weekend and we loved the gym so much ended up coming back again even though was only planning doing one session. The equipment is old school but amazing - much better than some of the new stuff you see nowadays. Owners were a pair of gems and the community was so welcoming. Amazing vibe all round - will be back just for the gym if not the beautiful town!

Started coming here 3 years to the day. Having pt sessions with Katie. For someone that defo wasn’t a gym goer to someone that now really enjoys it. Losing 28kg while still eating pizza is a bonus to. There really nice guys. Very chilled out. And 24/7 access

Great Customer Service—Issue Quickly Resolved
I recently signed up for a gym membership online because the gym looked fantastic and I was really looking forward to joining.
Unfortunately, due to a discrepancy, I wasn’t able to use the gym as planned. However, I reached out to Gavin from the team, and he was extremely understanding and supportive throughout the process. He handled my concerns quickly and professionally, and I received a full refund without any hassle.
Although I didn’t get to experience the gym itself, I was really impressed with the level of customer service and fairness shown. Thanks again to Gavin and the team for resolving everything so efficiently!

Great gym.
I used RBF in 2022 and had been waiting to get out of a gym contract in another town to sign up here again!! Gavin and Katie are amazing, so friendly and helpful, the gym has all the equipment I need and is used by such a variety of local people. It's easy to get a day pass and it's open 24 hours which is so useful. There are clean shower facilities and a vending machine, there are no lockers but this has never been an issue for me, just something to bear in mind.
I can't recommend this gym enough.

I’m staying in Rye for a month and needed to find a gym and was lucky enough to come across Rye Bay Gym. I cannot recommend it more highly! Gavin could not have been more helpful, kind or encouraging! The gym has everything you could need and runs fantastic classes as well. AND Gavin has THE most gorgeous dog. Best possible find. Amazing gym came here for a day time session with my son, was delightfully welcomed by the owner, will defo be visiting again when down the holiday home.

A great gym. I was on holiday in Camber and didn’t want to miss the gym so bought a week pass and wasn’t disappointed. Friendly owner and members, very welcoming and great facilities. If I didn’t live five hours away I’d definitely be joining.

Amazing gym and flexible memberships with week passes and day passes. The owners are lovely and really welcoming and the gym has an amazing environment. Highly recommend.

Fantastic gym and great location I travel to Hastings and Rye alot so the membership is Fantastic. Hats of to the staff for a great service and training environment. Keep up to good work guys I would highly recommend ????
